Cedric Hosy, a native of France is owner of Chocolatine.  He has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.  Cedric received his formal training in Baking and Pastry Arts at Lycee francois Rabelais in Lyon, France and in Sales and Culinary Management in E.N.I.L.V la Roche sur Foron in Rhone-Alpes, France.  He honed in on his management, technical and artistic skills by working at various food and beverage establishments in France, Australia, and Switzerland before settling in the United States. 


Driven by his strong work ethics and passion for the art of baking, Cedric is able to showcase his delicious pastry creations in the heart of downtown, Denville, New Jersey.
